Hosanna works the make-or-break layer — where an advanced system either becomes something a person can use, or becomes something they abandon. Mobile, desktop, TV, automotive, and the operating systems underneath.

If the interface isn’t intuitive enough for a grandmother, the architecture has failed.
That is the whole test. Not how advanced the model is, not how many features shipped — whether a person gets where they were going without ever thinking about the machine. The complexity of a system should never become the user’s problem.
A product that is not aesthetically strong cannot be commercially effective. Taste is not decoration applied at the end — it is the thing that makes people trust a screen enough to keep going.
Animation is not garnish. It tells you where you came from, what just changed, and what to look at next. Used badly it slows everything down. Used well it removes the need to explain anything.
Most conversion problems are not persuasion problems. They are structure problems. Take out the steps, clarify the hierarchy, and completion climbs on its own.
The best products come from a clear boundary between the client’s vision and the designer’s creative responsibility. High-stakes work needs total trust in expertise.
Operating systems, cockpits, banks, airlines and AI. A partial record — much of the rest sits behind NDA.
“It should be clear to the user what your website is about even if you remove all the typography on it.”

One team, one thread. Strategy does not get handed to design, and design does not get thrown over a wall to engineering.
Finding the idea the whole product hangs from, then holding the line on it through every review.
Who it is for, what they are actually trying to do, and where the current flow loses them.
Marks, systems and type that survive contact with a real product rather than living in a guideline PDF.
Screens, states and edge cases. Icons drawn until they look good enough to lick.
Automotive clusters, TV, wearables and OS layers — the screens you read in half a second, at speed.
Transitions, physics and real-time graphics. Built to run at sixty frames, not to look good in a render.
Front-end that matches the file exactly. WebGL, shaders and interaction written by hand.
Getting past the prompt box — interfaces that generate themselves around what a person asked for.
